Your participation in this service is voluntary.
1. Program Description
KT Electronics may send you text messages related to your inquiry or service request, including repair updates,
appointment confirmations, service notifications, follow-ups, and, if you separately opt in, promotional offers
and marketing messages.
2. Opt-In
By providing your phone number through our website forms and selecting the applicable consent option, you agree
to receive SMS messages from KT Electronics at the number provided.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry, repair order, service updates, and any promotional
preferences you select.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions
about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
5. How to Stop
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send
STOP, we may send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this,
you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Supported Carriers
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
9. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be
shared with any third parties.
